• Any/all issues should be handled through our ticket system on our Discord Server or through our website ticket system (Click the “Contact” button above).

• This is a non-refundable transaction under the Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA). The act in its entirety can be found in United States Code Title 15, Section 1681.

• I have received my license key through the Genesis purchase/email system and can obtain my license key at any time from this email.

• This is a payment for a virtual (intangible) item and physical shipment is not required.

• By sending this payment, I agree that I have already received the item and I am pleased with my purchase and the item is as described. I understand the transaction is complete.
